- CUTTING TIPS--Our meat cutter can cut meat with SMALL ribs and bones. It CANNOT cut beef short ribs, beef bones, trotters, large ribs, larger bones or very hard frozen meat. For fresh meat, direct cutting may cause adhesion, you could freeze the meat for A LITTLE WHILE before cutting.**For food with bones or materials with greater hardness, please place the material near the cutter head and cut with an instant force, which more labor-saving.
- 403 STAINLESS STEEL, THICK BLADE--The blade is forged and polished with 403 steel at high temperature, has a smooth surface and is easy to clean, can be washed in water and mild detergent directly. But no matter how sharp the blade is, improper use will not get the desired result!
