Operation instructions:
1. Push the COOK button on the back of the thermometer to enter the cooking mode and switch on/off
2. Connect the power cord to one side of the thermometer. The power cord and heat-resistant up to 300 (482 )
The thermometer shows degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. C/F is optional.
4. Press to select high temperature and to select low temperature.
5. Put the probe into the food to be cooked. The temperature of the food is displayed on the left side of the thermometer screen.

Timer usage:
1. Push the TIMER button behind the TIMER to enter TIMER mode
2. Accurate to MIN and SEC. Set minutes by MIN; SEC sets the number of seconds.
3. Press S/S to start and stop the timer
4. Reset timer: press and hold the MIN and SCE keys to reset the timer.

3. Timing meat thermometer can be attached to the oven or other items with magnets according to the specific needs.
